SAP Business Process Project Manager (Contract)

Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial contract to end of year, with likely 12-month extensions

We're seeking an experienced Business Process Project Manager to join a major business transformation programme. This role is focused on business process design and optimisation within a large-scale change environment, working across multiple workstreams to deliver successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end project management across transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Own RAID logs, driving risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Produce project status reporting and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and programme governance.
  • Track benefits realisation and maintain high-quality project documentation.
  • Work with internal teams and strategic delivery partners to achieve programme objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Project Management experience within large transformation programmes.
  • Strong background in business process design, optimisation, or process management.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Strong governance, planning, reporting, and RAID management skills.
  • Experience of SAP programmes is advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years' Project Management experience.
  • Technical infrastructure-only Project Managers are not suitable for this role.

    • Some flexibility depending on project requirements
