Role: SAP CoE Analyst

Contract: Full-Time Hours / Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

About the Role
EG Group are looking for an SAP CoE Analyst to join our Technology function, supporting governance, controls, and documentation across a complex SAP environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring SAP processes are well-structured, controlled, and audit-ready, supporting both ongoing transformation activity and business-as-usual operations.
You will work closely with Business Analysts, IT, Finance, and wider stakeholders to coordinate testing cycles, maintain documentation standards, and support compliance requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational SAP exposure who is highly organised and looking to develop within a structured governance and systems environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the maintenance of SAP process documentation, ensuring it is accurate, version-controlled, and audit-ready.
- Coordinating testing activity, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking progress and managing defects.
- Supporting IT General Controls (ITGC) activities, including documentation, evidence collation, and audit preparation.
- Assisting with the tracking of risks, actions, and dependencies across SAP initiatives.
- Maintaining governance trackers, RAID logs, and supporting the preparation of status reports and governance packs.
- Working closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to capture requirements, process updates, and system changes.
- Providing structured support across SAP projects and business-as-usual activity, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs.

What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years’ experience in a business support, SAP support, audit, or analyst role.
- Basic working knowledge of SAP systems, with awareness of core modules (e.g. FI, MM, SD, HCM).
- Understanding of process documentation, including SOPs and process mapping.
- Experience supporting testing cycles such as SIT and UAT is desirable.
- Awareness of IT controls, audit, or compliance frameworks (ITGC desirable).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive and structured approach, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
