SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant
£665 p/d Inside IR35
Location: Preston – 3 days per week onsite
Rate: £665 per day Inside IR35
Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
I'm recruiting for multiple experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultants to join a large-scale HR transformation programme, delivering complex SuccessFactors implementations for high-profile clients. We are specifically looking for consultants that specialise in modules such as Performance, Recruitment, LMS and Compensation.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to lead functional workstreams across global HR transformation projects, driving business process design and delivering innovative, future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You'll collaborate with highly skilled teams, provide expert guidance on SAP best practice and the SuccessFactors roadmap, and help organisations maximise the value of their HR technology investments.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with highly skilled teams
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practice and the SuccessFactors roadmap
- Help organisations maximise the value of their HR technology investments
- Work closely with senior stakeholders
- Deliver engaging presentations and solution demonstrations
- Support pre-sales and RFP responses
- Ensure high-quality project delivery
- Mentor colleagues
- Help to grow the wider SAP capability

Requirements
- Strong experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules
- Ideally with certifications in one or more modules
- Proven track record of leading teams on complex global programmes
- Experience with Qualtrics, SAP WorkZone, and wider HR technologies is highly desirable
- Ability to understand emerging technology trends and translate them into practical business solutions
