Purpose of the Role
CLIENT is looking for a SAP Data and Integration Business Analyst who can help define and manage business requirements across SAP data, interfaces, reporting, migration, and reconciliation. The person should work closely with business teams, data owners, SAP functional teams, integration architects, reporting teams, migration teams, vendors, and service operations to reduce delivery risk and improve data confidence.
What We Expect This Role to Deliver
- Capture business data requirements, reporting needs, integration touchpoints, migration rules, and reconciliation expectations.
- Document source-to-target requirements, data definitions, ownership, quality rules, transformation logic, and exception handling.
- Support analysis of interfaces between SAP and connected systems, including Finance, reporting, data platforms, and operational tools.
- Work with business and technical teams to define test scenarios for data migration, integration, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Track data issues, design decisions, dependencies, risks, and readiness actions through delivery governance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
