SAP Delivery Lead - Perm - Consultancy
Our consulting client is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes for enterprise clients. The role will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams, managing senior stakeholders, and driving programme governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP transformation programmes (e.g., S/4HANA implementations or migrations).
- Manage multiple project workstreams across functional and technical SAP teams.
- Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, RAID management, and delivery plans.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
- Coordinate system integrators, consulting teams, and client resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Drive risk mitigation, change management, and programme communications.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP programmes, ideally within a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformations or major SAP implementations.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound programmes with global or multi-country scope.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Familiarity with programme governance frameworks and delivery methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
- Background in consulting ie Big 4 or GSI equivalent.
