SAP Delivery Manager – Large-Scale ERP Transformation
About the Role
We’re seeking a confidential SAP Delivery Manager for a major international organisation undergoing a high-impact SAP transformation (ECC/S/4HANA) across multiple business units, geographies, and environments.
This is not a standard "keep the lights on" SAP operational role—it requires deliverership expertise to lead complex ERP implementation with strategic oversight, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution, strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and real business adoption.
Key Responsibilities
As the primary delivery leader, you will:
- Own the end-to-end SAP implementation rollout, spanning multiple entity/geographic environments.
- Manage programme governance, risk, budget, and quality delivery outcomes.
- Develop and execute integrated delivery plans—balancing Scope, Timeline, Resources, and Budget.
- Partner closely with senior business and IT leadership for strategy alignment.
- Lead external SAP partners/system integrators, driving accountability for execution.
- Execute standardisation through a global SAP template—preventing fragmentation and ensuring a cohesive approach.
- Lead business change and user adoption, supported by metrics-driven value realisation post-go-live.
- Chair governance forums, steering committees, escalation routes, and decision-making processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
