SAP Developer

Location: London (Hybrid - 2/3 Days in Office)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity

We're working with a well-known retail business that's continuing to invest in its digital and ecommerce platforms and is looking to appoint a SAP Hybris Developer to join its growing technology team.

Whether your background is Frontend, Backend or Full Stack, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale ecommerce platform, delivering new features, improving performance and helping shape the future of the digital customer experience.

Working alongside Product, UX and Engineering teams, you'll play a key role in building scalable, high-quality solutions that directly impact the online customer journey.

What You'll Be Doing

Software Development

  • Develop, enhance and maintain SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) applications
  • Deliver new features and enhancements across the ecommerce platform
  • Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Write clean, scalable and maintainable code

Platform & Integrations

  • Develop integrations between SAP Hybris and wider business systems
  • Support platform upgrades, releases and continuous improvements
  • Improve application performance, reliability and security
  • Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver business requirements
  • Collaborate with UX, QA and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
  • Share knowledge and contribute to engineering best practice

About You

We're open to developers from a Frontend, Backend or Full Stack background, provided you've gained experience working with SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud).

  • Ecommerce platforms
  • SQL and relational databases
  • Git and CI/CD
  • Agile development methodologies

Retail or ecommerce experience would be highly advantageous.

Package

  • £55,000-£65,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working (2/3 days per week in the London office)
  • Opportunity to work on a large-scale ecommerce platform
