We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to join a critical project in Swindon, England. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP EWM outbound processes, ECC integration, and EWM testing within highly customized SAP environments. The consultant should be capable of understanding complex business processes, leading testing activities, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring successful project delivery under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP EWM testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production validation.
- Drive and support end-to-end outbound warehouse processes, including Waving, Picking, Packing, Staging, Shipping, and Goods Issue.
- Understand complex SAP EWM solution designs and provide effective technical and functional support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP ECC, ABAP, Basis, Functional, and Business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in highly customized SAP EWM environments.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and SAP ECC.
- Support production integration, hypercare activities, and operational readiness.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices for warehouse operations.
- Prepare test scenarios, execute test cases, and document results.
- Support defect analysis, root cause identification, and issue resolution.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM.
- Expertise in SAP EWM Outbound Processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC Integration.
- Experience with SAP EWM Testing (SIT, UAT, Regression Testing).
- Experience working in highly customized SAP landscapes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Task, Warehouse Order, Wave Management, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Goods Issue processes.
- Experience with Production Support and Hypercare.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM.
- Production Integration experience.
- Experience with RF Framework, PPF, and Post Processing Framework.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation and logistics processes.
- Previous experience working with UK clients or global implementation.
