SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Key User – UK Sites (Multiple Roles)
About the Role
We are recruiting multiple SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Key Users to support a major S/4HANA implementation programme across multiple UK sites. These business-embedded roles involve deep collaboration with the core project team and the operational workforce to ensure a seamless cutover and post-go-live transition.
Candidates must be available to join at cutover and commit through to the end of hypercare. This is a hands-on, floor-level support role—not a consulting or configuration position. You will be the first point of contact for end users, tasked with resolving real-time issues and maintaining business continuity during and after go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated on-site support to warehouse and logistics users during cutover and post-go-live hypercare
- Act as the primary liaison between end users and the central SAP project team, escalating issues as necessary
- Support cutover activities, including data validation, stock reconciliation, and system readiness checks
- Conduct on-floor troubleshooting of EWM processes, covering:
- Goods receipt
- Putaway
- Picking
- Packing
- Goods issue
- Stock transfers
- Deliver refresher coaching and on-the-spot guidance to super users and end users as required
- Log, track, and prioritise defects and incidents, working closely with the project team to drive resolutions within SLA deadlines
- Support warehouse process stabilisation through hypercare, ensuring operational performance is maintained
- Contribute to lessons learned and knowledge transfer activities ahead of hypercare exit

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
