About the Role:
This role involves resolving day-to-day FICO SAP issues via help desk tickets, managing EDI and IDoc configurations, and providing training and support to key users. Working closely with project teams, as an analyst you'll contribute to testing, data migration, and expanding SAP’s business use. With hands-on experience across core FICO modules—such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, and CO-PC—you'll ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and supports complex financial operations including VAT and tax accounting. Ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes in manufacturing or automotive environments.
What Does This Role Involve Day to Day?
- Resolve FICO related SAP queries through help desk tickets
- SAP EDI and IDoc Configuration, Monitoring and Error Resolution
- Support and training of SAP key users
- Work within the SAP project team, delivering testing, training and data migration
- Expand business use of SAP to the benefit of the JCB business
- Drive continuous improvements through SAP (delivering changes, mini projects and enhancements)

This Will Be Suited to You If...
- You've experience in core SAP FICO Modules: FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-GL, FI-Bank Accounting, CO-PCA, CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC
- You've experience in VAT Declarations, Profit and Tax Differences Accounting
- You've understanding of FICO Integration and Configuration within other SAP Modules: SD, MM, WM, PP, QM, APO, WTY, VMS
- You can demonstrate a broad and detailed knowledge of End-to-End Business Processes for FI/CO, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment
