Hiring: SAP Finance Business Analyst (Enterprise Technology)
Location: Bristol / London, UK (Preferred)
Experience: 8+ Years
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Business Analyst to bridge business and technology by translating Finance requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions. The role involves Finance process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder engagement, and business adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document Finance business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze and map As-Is and To-Be Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Controlling, Reporting).
- Create functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Finance solution design, integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, defect management, user training, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate with Finance teams, SAP consultants, architects, and delivery partners.

Required Skills
- Strong Business Analyst experience in SAP Finance / SAP S/4HANA or Finance transformation projects.
- Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, Controlling, Financial Close, and Reporting.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, business readiness, and change adoption.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
