Purpose of the Role
CLIENT is looking for a SAP Finance Business Analyst who can work with Finance users, SAP functional teams, architects, delivery partners, and support teams to turn business needs into clear requirements and practical SAP solutions. The person should understand Finance processes and be able to document current-state pain points, define future-state requirements, support design decisions, manage testing inputs, and help business teams adopt SAP changes successfully.

What We Expect This Role to Deliver
- Capture Finance business requirements through workshops, interviews, process reviews, and data analysis.
- Document as-is and to-be Finance processes across areas such as GL, AP, AR, Controlling, close, reporting, and controls.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Finance design, configuration decisions, reporting needs, and integration requirements.
- Prepare and support test scenarios, UAT planning, defect triage, user training inputs, and business readiness activities.
- Maintain clear traceability from requirements through design, build, test, and go-live.

Candidate Profile
Must Have
- Business Analyst experience in SAP Finance, ERP, Finance transformation, or enterprise systems change.
- Good understanding of Finance processes and SAP Finance concepts, ideally including S/4HANA Finance.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, defect management, business readiness, and adoption activities.
- Ability to work across Finance users, SAP functional teams, delivery teams, vendors, and service operations.
