SAP Finance Systems Lead - SAP BPC, SAC
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an SAP Finance Systems Lead to join a great end-user organisation based in Buckinghamshire on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of finance systems as part of a major investment in Finance Systems & Data capabilities. Working closely with Digital Services, business teams, and other SAP solution owners, you will drive the delivery of scalable SAP Finance solutions, manage product backlogs using Agile Scrum practices, and champion process optimisation, innovation, and user-focused system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and improvement of finance systems.
- Drive the delivery of scalable SAP Finance solutions.
- Manage product backlogs using Agile Scrum practices.
- Champion process optimisation, innovation, and user-focused system improvements.
Requirements
- Once a week onsite in Buckinghamshire (little flexibility needed during delivery phase)
- Do you have:
- Strong experience across SAP Finance processes, modules, and systems?
- Experience working on SAP transformations with the ability to be hands-on (i.e. doing system enhancements and upgrades)?
- S/4HANA/Cloud migration experience is highly desirable
- SAP BW experience?
- SAP BPC and/or SAC experience? Desirable
- Experience leading and managing a team?
- Ability to manage third-party suppliers and stakeholders?
- Excellent communication skills?
