SAP Functional Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager
Area of Expertise: Industry-Specific (Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial & Automotive, Retail, Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defence)

About this Role
We are looking for a results-driven SAP consultant with expertise in industry-specific business processes (Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial & Automotive, Retail, Life Sciences, or Aerospace & Defence) to join our SAP system integration business. The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive knowledge of SAP functionality in supply chain and sales processes
- Experience in designing, documenting, and implementing SAP solutions
- Strong client-facing skills, with hands-on experience in transformation projects
- Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies
This role offers:

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Client Collaboration
- Deliver global cross-functional projects within an Agile environment
- Lead pre-sales/origination activities and discovery workshops for clients
- Conduct SAP assessments to define roadmaps for business needs

Solution Design & Architecture
- Map business requirements via analysis and process observation
- Design end-to-end (E2E) SAP solutions, including non-functional and operational components
- Apply protototyping, usability testing, and data visualization techniques
- Ensure high-quality, time-efficient delivery with an innovative mindset
Technical Implementation & Solution Management
- Develop and configure bespoke SAP solutions tailored to client demands
- Deploy and integrate SAP systems seamlessly
- Oversee system operations, troubleshooting challenges, and managing project timelines
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP processes and system progress
Staying Current & Knowledge Expansion
- Monitor the latest SAP enhancements, functional updates, and industry trends
Necessary Knowledge & Skills
Core Qualifications

Certifications & Technical Proficiency
- SAP-accredited/certified professional
- Proficiency in English, with an asset if additional European languages are spoken

- Ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly solutions with clear articulation
- Comfort with data visualization and collaboration platforms
