We are seeking a results-driven SAP consultant with industry-specific expertise (Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial & Automotive, Retail, Life Sciences, or Aerospace & Defence) to join our SAP system integration business.
To excel in this role, you must possess extensive knowledge of industry business processes, supply chain, sales dynamics, IT system integration, and the ability to design, document, and implement SAP processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on international/global transformation projects in an Agile environment
- Design and refine automotive, retail, or manufacturing/logistics solutions using SAP technology
- Conduct client-facing activities, including:
- Pre-sales & origination
- Discovery workshops
- SAP assessments & roadmap definition
- Conduct deep-dive consultations, business analysis, and ** distilled observations** to define business needs
- Lead end-to-end (E2E) solution and lifecycle management, including:
- Non-functional and operational requirements
- Solution architecture processes (prototyping, usability testing, data visualization)
- Execute E2E solution design, embracing:
- Creative innovation
- Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
- Migrate expertise in:
- Agile & DevOps methodologies & implementations
- Customized SAP solution development
- Deployment & seamless integration of solutions
- Provide detailed documentation of SAP processes and progress reporting
- Stay apprised of latest SAP innovations, updates, and trends

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
- Proven 5+ years in leading large SAP-driven transformation projects within selected industries
- Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations, with hands-on experience in consultant roles
- Industry-specific knowledge (prior experience in automotive, LSC, or aerospace a plus)
- Strong grasp of supply chain & sales business processes
- Certified SAP-accredited professional, validated by industry credentials
Personal & Professional Attributes
- Exceptional communication skills with proven client engagement experience
- Highly innovative mindset, balancing technical precision with user-centric design
- Dynamic leadership for change management & HA/PO teams
- Bi/multi-linguism (English proficiency + any European language an asset)
