Position: SAP S/4 HANA Order-to-Cash Specialist
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 GBP
Job responsibilities:
SAP Functional Leadership – O2C (SD/MM/LE/EWM)
Own the design, stability, and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA O2C processes across SD, MM, LE, and EWM. Configure pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and intercompany flows. Ensure accurate tax, VAT, currency handling, and country localisation across the EMEA region. Drive continuous improvement in order processing, fulfilment accuracy, and revenue assurance.
Digital Commerce, Marketplace & POS Integrations
Support SAP ↔ Magento flows for catalogue, pricing, stock, orders, cancellations, refunds, and returns. Manage SAP ↔ Tradebyte integrations for marketplaces (Zalando, Rakuten, ASOS future). Ensure Cegid POS sales transactions (WPUUMS) and stock corrections post accurately into SAP and SAP CAR.
Warehouse, Logistics & EWM Execution
Support warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, ASN, picking, packing, shipping) across EMEA. Resolve warehouse inventory mismatches, delivery errors, and fulfilment delays. Collaborate with 3PL and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely SAP messaging.

Support CAR processes including POSDTA, stock availability, sales audit, and inventory reconciliation. Ensure real-time alignment across SAP, CAR, POS, warehouses, and e-commerce/marketplaces. Maintain DQ rules ensuring movement consistency and stock accuracy.
IDocs, Integrations & SAP CPI/BTP
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IDoc errors (ORDERS, DESADV, INVRPT, MBGMCR, INVOIC, WPUUMS). Work with CPI/BTP teams to enhance mapping logic, error handling, and partner integrations. Support integration requirements for new markets, pricing schemes, carriers, and channels.
Transformation, Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to SAP Digital Core Transformation initiatives across EMEA. Support omnichannel enablement (Click & Collect, Ship‑from‑Store, Endless Aisle). Participate in market expansion, store openings, 3PL transitions, and finance transformation. Produce high‑quality documentation (BPML, FS, test scripts, cutover plans, training materials).
Experience
(Must)
10+ years SAP functional experience in S/4HANA SD/MM/LE with strong O2C expertise.
(Nice to have)
Hands‑on experience with SAP EWM (inbound/outbound operations). Proven track record supporting retail, fashion, DTC, or consumer goods environments. Experience with multi‑country European deployments (pricing, VAT, currency). Strong exposure to POS, e‑commerce, marketplaces, and 3PL/WMS integrations. Experience working across global IT teams and matrix organisations.

Technical Skills
Core Skills (Must Have)
SAP SD expertise: pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery, billing, returns, credit. SAP MM/LE for O2C-related stock movements and logistics execution. SAP EWM process knowledge (outbound/inbound/ASN/picking/packing). SAP CAR: POSDTA, real-time inventory, OAA concepts. Strong IDoc experience (ORDERS, DESADV, INVRPT, MBGMCR, WPUUMS). CPI/BTP integration monitoring and basic debugging. O2C troubleshooting across SAP ↔ e-com ↔ POS ↔ WMS ↔ finance.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation projects. Deep expertise in retail/DTC e-commerce flows. Functional specification writing (FS), test scripts, data validation, BPML. Strong understanding of multi-market localisation (pricing, VAT, currency). Comfort working with ABAP/WRICEF teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
SAP S/4HANA Sales certification. Knowledge of RAR, BRIM, TM, GTS. Experience with Signavio, Solution Manager, Jira/Confluence. Basic ABAP debugging or log analysis. Experience working with Adyen/Narvar integrations.
