Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + 10% Bonus Type: Permanent

About the Role

Seek a seasoned SAP HANA S/4 Specialist expertise in Sales (SD), Materials Management (MM), and associated goods movements. Will own processes, stability, and optimisations across LE (Logistics Execution) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), collaborating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, integrate, and resolve system challenges* via a mix of functional expertise, deep credit system governance, and strong PM waters.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own design, stability, and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes spanning:

    • SD (Sales Order Management)
    • *MM (Inventory/Fixed Assets)
    • LE (Shipping & Receiving)
    • EWM (Warehousing Execution Logic)
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

  • Lead requirement workshops and document business needs.

  • Translate business needs into:

    • Functional specifications
    • High-level solution designs
  • Support integration between SAP and Magento for:

    • Product catalogues (stock availability, pricing)
    • Order flows (creation, cancellations, refunds)
    • Returns management
  • Oversee SAP ↔ Tradebyte integrations to connect marketplaces including:

    • Zalando
    • Rakuten
    • Future integration with ASOS

  • Validate SAP migrations from Cegid POS transactional data (e.g. WPUUMS) including:

    • Orders
    • Stock adjustments/errors
    • Stock corrections orchestrating with SAP CAR
  • Support all aspects of warehouse-controlled systems across EMEA regions:

    • Inbound/Outbound finishing flows
    • Advanced Shipment Notices (ASNs)
    • Picking, packing, shipping
  • Root-cause and resolve anomalies:

    • Inventory mismatches
    • Delivery errors
    • Fulfilment delays
  • Collaborate with 3PL/Third-Party Logistics Providers to ensure seamless SAP visibility in:

  • Manage SAP Cash Application Receivables (SAP CAR) processes including:

    • Point-of Sale* (POSDTA) transactions
    • Sales credit data consistency
    • Inventory reconciliation from SAP(-)CAR convergence
  • Drive real-time data alignment among:

    • SAP systems
    • Retail Cash Register Dовинnoxes (POS/DTa)
    • Warehouse/WM platforms
    • E-commerce & marketplace integrations (for multi-channel stock management)
  • Enforce data quality (DQ) rules ensuring smoother movement between:

    • Distribution Centers & Stores
    • SAP ERP and omnichannel estates
  • Contribute ongoing improvement to SAP Digital Core Transformation projects across EMEA scope.

  • Assist with omnichannel capabilities, including:

    • Click-and-Collect
    • Ship-from-Store
    • Endless-Aisle inventory tracking
  • Participate in a spectrum of strategic expansions:

    • New market entry initiatives
    • Store openings in EU/France
    • 3PL partner transitions
    • Finance-technology integrations

  • Produce high-quality process and technical documentation: · Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN) Diagrams · Functional Specifications (FS) · Test scripts & cutover plans · Technical training materials

Experience Requirements

Must Have

7+ years of hands-on SAP Functional Expertise in S/4HANA:

  • Core competencies in SD & MM modules -(ME: Material Management & financial inventory, MTL: Materials Staging, SL: Sales Orders)

Nice to Have

  • Worked with SAP EWM modules experience in warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on experience deploying within retail, fashion, DTC or consumer goods verticals.
  • Supported multi-country European deployments with scope on:
    • Pricing reconciliation
    • VAT compliance
    • Multiple-currency transactions
  • Strong POsystem e‑commerce integrations including:
    • POS
    • E-commerce
    • Marketplaces (max. support of POS/driver behaviour)
    • Third-Party Logistics (3PL)/WMS
  • Experience PM Andre colonial matrix environments, working with:
    • Cross-functional (IT-/Business Teams)
    • Stakeholders globally
