We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, response and supply, and S&OP processes, with strong integration knowledge across SAP ERP/S4HANA and APO environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP IBP implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
  • Configure and support SAP IBP modules:
    • IBP Demand Planning
    • IBP Supply Planning
    • IBP Inventory Optimization
    • IBP Response & Supply
    • IBP Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Design planning areas, master data types, key figures, attributes, and planning operators.
  • Develop and maintain CPI-DS integration and data integration flows.
  • Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, APO, and other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, and user training.
  • Support production issues and provide process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in SAP IBP implementation/support projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more SAP IBP modules.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning processes.
  • Experience with:
    • Planning Area Configuration
    • Key Figures & Calculations
    • Alerts and Analytics
    • Application Jobs
    • Excel Add-In
    • CPI-DS/Data Integration
  • Understanding of SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA integration.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and client interaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS).
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • ABAP debugging and HANA SQL knowledge.
  • SAP IBP Certification.
