About the Role
Role Title: SAP Key User
Salary: £33,740.45 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
As the SAP Key User, you bridge IT, operations, and customers to ensure seamless SAP system adoption for our warehouse teams. Your role will:
- Translate customer requirements into optimised SAP processes.
- Train and support Operators and colleagues across international teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in stock, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities include:
- SAP System Support
- Conduct testing of customer-specific SAP solutions (ERP & WMS) to validate functionality for both customer and business needs.
- Problem-solve complex issues within the system.

Customer Interaction & Process Alignment
- Hold regular meetings with customers to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams across countries to maintain alignment.

Data Tracking & Performance Analysis
- Manage inventory, cycle counting, and stock control.
- Analyse system data to identify process improvements.
- Compile and deliver SAP test matrix reports.

Implementing New Solutions
- Oversee the onboarding of new customers into the warehouse.
- Present continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client workflows.

Knowledge Sharing & Training
- Develop and deliver training programs for the SAP Warehouse support team.

Operational Support
- Provide hands-on advisory for Operators on SAP-driven warehouse processes.
Requirements
Essential Qualification & Experience
- SAP Key User (ERP) experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages (e.g., Excel) and experience with SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with customers, troubleshoot issues, and adapt solutions to operational needs.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
