SAP Management Consultant
SAP Management Consultant – ERP Transformation Strategy
£60-79k pa (DOE) + bonus and benefits London (with travel to customer site)
About the Role
A leading Management Consultancy are seeking ERP Transformation Strategy Consultants with expertise in SAP Supply Chain to join their digital transformation division.
Working in a strategic client-facing team, your role will include:
- ERP programme delivery across:
- Requirements gathering
- Design
- Testing
- Cutover
- Go-live
- Working within SAP Activate frameworks to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery
- Supporting business case development, PMO functions, and change management activities
- Participating in workshops and client meetings to align solution scope with business priorities

Requirements
You will need:
- A Management Consulting background with experience in SAP Supply Chain
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., generative AI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional designs
- Client-facing experience, including exposure to PMO, delivery, or change management
- Understanding of ERP delivery phases and programme structures

Essential Criteria
- You must be an SAP Supply Chain specialist with a Management Consulting background
- Demonstrated experience working with C-suite stakeholders to align SAP and technology strategy with business strategy
