We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant to join a large-scale SAP transformation programme involving greenfield implementation, rollout, enhancement, and steady-state support within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

This role will focus on designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Master Data Governance solutions across enterprise master data domains, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and consistent data management.
Key Responsibilities Design and configure SAP MDG solutions for Business Partner, Material, Finance, Vendor, and Customer domains. Develop governance workflows, data models, validations, derivations, and replication frameworks. Support integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems. Deliver configuration, testing, documentation, go-live, and production support activities. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement scalable MDG solutions. Participate in solution design, gap analysis, and enhancement activities within S/4HANA environments. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG (MDG-BP, MDG-F, MDG-AR). Expertise in data modelling, UI modelling, DRF, DIF, SMT Mapping, BRF+, workflows, and FPM/Web Dynpro ABAP. Experience with MDG workflow customisation, validations, derivations, and custom UI enhancements. Knowledge of IDOCs, SOA services, BADI implementations, ALE/IDOC integrations, and replication techniques. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data processes and highly customised SAP environments. Experience working in large, globally distributed teams. Preferred Experience Retail master data domains (Article, Store, Assortment, Layout). FI master data objects including GL, Profit Centre, and Cost Centre. Integration exposure with Ariba and legacy systems. Experience with SAP Solution Manager / Run SAP methodologies.
