SAP MM Associate Manager (Materials Management)
Role Title: SAP Materials Management (MM) Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities
Project & Implementation Leadership
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP MM (Materials Management) implementation projects, ensuring seamless alignment with client business objectives.
- Act as solution architect or delivery lead on SAP Supply Chain projects, providing strategic direction and technical expertise.

Process & Transformation Excellence
- Drive SAP S/4HANA and procurement transformation initiatives, leveraging best practices to enhance sourcing and procurement efficiency.
- Translate client requirements into scalable, business-aligned SAP solutions.
- Oversee process integrations between SAP modules (including MM, IM, and LE) and third-party systems.
Business Development & Delivery
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), delivering demos, and facilitating client workshops.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with SAP and other technology vendors to expand Accenture’s solution offerings.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build and lead high-performing, multi-functional teams, fostering collaboration in dynamic environments.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
Requirements
Technical Proficiency
- Extensive SAP MM (and S/4HANA best practices experience).
- Strong knowledge of:
- SAP Procurement modules (MM, IM, LE).
- Experience with SAP Ariba and/or Invoice Management (highly desirable).
- Proven ability as a workstream lead in project implementations.

Project and Business Experience
- Demonstrated success in business process transformation and integration projects.
- Experience developing consulting methodologies, knowledge assets, and training programs.
- Industry experience preferable in pharma, retail, consumer goods, oil & gas, or utilities.
