SAP Change Management Consultant - Order-to-Cash (OTC)
Location: Remote (Occasional Travel Required)
Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35)

The Opportunity
We are supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme that is looking to engage an experienced SAP Change Management Consultant to lead business change activities across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream. You'll play a critical role in ensuring business users are prepared for change, supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness throughout the implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Change Management activities across the SAP OTC workstream
- Develop change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Support organisational change and business readiness
- Conduct impact assessments and change analysis
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Develop training materials and support end-user enablement
- Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams
- Support deployment, hypercare, and successful business adoption
Required Experience

- Proven SAP Change Management experience
- Previous SAP S/4HANA transformation programme experience
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes
- Experience delivering communications, training, and business readiness activities
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience supporting UAT and deployment activities
