Job Description
The client is looking for an experienced SAP Payroll & Time Advisor to join the Reward Operations team in Broughton. The successful candidate will work as part of the Payroll Support and HR Administration team, processing a broad range of payroll and time-related transactions while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role also involves providing high-quality customer support to UK-based employees via telephone and ticketing systems, supporting payroll operations from start to finish, and producing important HR correspondence.

Time Administration
Process time-related transactions including:
- Overtime

- Sickness
- Phased Return to Work
- Time Savings Accounts
- Salary Offset
HR Administration
Provide HR administration support including:
- Processing HR administrative transactions
- Producing employment references
- Preparing solicitor letters
- Supporting the Flexible Benefits Platform
- Maintaining the e-Pay tool
- Providing first-line support for stakeholder payroll queries
- Producing documents using Mail Merge for internal communications
- Managing the relationship with the external e-Payslip provider
Producing HR correspondence including:
- Employment References
- Solicitor Reports
- Mortgage Operations
- Rental Operations

Required Experience
Candidates should have experience in:
- Payroll administration with a strong focus on payroll data input
- Handling payroll-related queries
- Working within a busy payroll environment
- Performing a broad range of HR administrative duties
- Providing excellent customer service via telephone and written communication
- Working with computerised payroll systems
- SAP Payroll (preferred)
- Google Applications
Required Knowledge
Good understanding of:
- PAYE
- SMP (Statutory Maternity Pay)
- SPP (Statutory Paternity Pay)
- SSP (Statutory Sick Pay)
- Student Loans
- Pension Administration
- Payroll Deductions
(P Grade & Below)
- 25% uplift for Monday–Friday overtime
- 50% uplift for Saturday & Sunday overtime (applicable after 35 hours)
