SAP PM Lead Consultant (Plant Maintenance)
Are you an experienced SAP PM Consultant looking to lead large-scale transformation projects? We're seeking a SAP PM Lead Consultant with proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA implementations. Experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Natural Resources, or Automotive sectors is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP PM workshops and engage with senior client stakeholders.
- Act as the Functional Lead for SAP PM, driving integration across multiple project workstreams.
- Manage offshore teams across multiple concurrent projects.
- Deliver full project lifecycle activities including discovery, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
- Analyse business requirements and recommend SAP best practice solutions, including standard functionality and appropriate enhancements where required.
- Facilitate blueprint and design workshops, translating business needs into effective SAP PM solutions.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive SAP PM implementation experience across ECC6 and/or S/4HANA.
- Full lifecycle project delivery experience.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and business process analysis skills.
- Experience leading functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
