Job Summary
The SAP Service Business Consultant will be responsible for Rollout, collecting requirements, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and requirement creation in service business operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules related to Project System, and integration with other business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems meet the needs of our service business and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Rollout
- Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM).
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents.
- Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
- Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.

Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
User Support & Training

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team.
Data Migration
- Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help the team develop migration programs.
Hypercare Support
- Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.
