About the Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead business workshops to understand and document requirements, then present tailored SAP IBP solutions.
- Design, configure, and customise the system to align with business needs.
- Work collaboratively in teams or independently, adaptable to onsite/offshore models.
- Ensure strong communication abilities, with a deep understanding of business terminology and processes.
- Stay updated on constant advancements within the SAP ecosystem.

- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture and clarify business requirements.
- Solve complex challenges by creating customised configurations in SAP IBP.
- Describe technical intricacies in ways that are easily understood by non-technical teams.
- Build and empower internal teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured training.
- Actively participate in technical and client-driven project meetings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align solutions with strategic business goals.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP IBP modules such as:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Network Planning
- Inventory Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Familiarity with SAP APO as a plus.
- Proven ability to succeed in demanding projects, requiring strong business process identification, requirements documentation, and solutions communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for travelling to client locations for critical workshops, training and project work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver impactful design workshops and training sessions.
Preferred
- Certification in SAP products, particularly SAP IBP and related modules.
- Practical experience with multiple SAP IBP modules, including Demand, Supply and relevance in response consolidation.
- Previous exposure to SAP APO, with a distinctive conceptual understanding of its architecture and implementation nuances.
