IMPORTANT: Full right to work in the UK: ILR, British passport/citizenship
Hybrid: 3 days per week in office mandatory
Location: Canary Wharf, London (open to travel to client as required)
Hiring process: 2 technical interviews and a HR call
Salary: £110,000 - £120,000 Gross/a DOE + 15%-20% bonus depending on seniority + amazing benefits package

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Industry Principal – SAP (IPCON) to join our expanding European SAP Practice. This is a senior leadership role for an SAP professional with deep expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in leading complex professional services transformations.

As an Industry Principal, you will define SAP transformation strategy, lead executive-level client engagements, architect end-to-end solutions, and ensure delivery excellence across SAP S/4HANA programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead SAP S/4HANA transformation vision for enterprise clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CFO and CXO-level stakeholders
  • Architect and govern end-to-end SAP Professional Services solutions
  • Lead delivery across large-scale S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
  • Drive quality, value realization, and risk management across engagements
  • Contribute to practice growth through leadership, mentoring, and pre-sales support

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Professional Services implementations
  • Strong domain experience in the Services Industry
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, including:
    • Engagement setup, staffing, pricing
    • Billing and WIP management
  • Experience with:
    • Localization, tax, e-invoicing, DRC, and PEPPOL integration
    • Custom developments and complex system integrations
  • Good understanding of:
    • Time & Expense management systems
    • Revenue Recognition processes

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of Three-System Landscape (3SL) and parallel landscapes
  • Integration experience with upstream/downstream systems such as:
    • CRM, Concur, Time entry solutions, Data warehouses
  • Experience with e-invoicing / e-billing platforms
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
