Job Description & Summary
About the role
At PwC, we’re proud of the impact we’ve made helping clients stay ahead on Finance Transformation and SAP S/4HANA enabled change. Demand for transformation is growing — and so are we. We’re expanding our team to meet that ambition and build on our position as a trusted delivery partner for enterprise-wide SAP and Finance programmes.
We’re now looking for experienced, high-performing individuals to join us on that journey.
We’re currently hiring a Senior Manager level Finance Consultant to support our SAP Projects and Clients. You’ll bring strong functional knowledge, a consulting mindset, and the drive to deliver real impact — both for our clients and for your own development.
In Consulting, we help clients tackle their most important challenges — delivering clear, practical advice that drives real results. Whether it’s improving how they operate, managing risk, reducing costs, unlocking talent or transforming the way they do business, the work we do is all about helping organisations of all shapes and sizes work smarter, move faster and grow stronger.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with well-known brands across a wide range of industries — from broadcasters and high-street banks to global telecoms firms and energy providers.
Our team thrives on collaboration, inclusion and fresh thinking. We value diverse perspectives and create an environment where everyone is empowered to learn, grow and lead — so you can move your career forward with purpose and confidence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
