As a Consultant within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:
- Supporting our clients to shape and deliver S/4HANA-enabled finance transformations, from early discovery and visioning through to business-led design and implementation
- Translating business strategy and finance objectives into S/4HANA-enabled finance process designs across Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and related finance domains
- Leading and contributing to fit-to-standard and design decision-making, balancing SAP best practice with client-specific value, control, and operating model requirements
- Applying strong judgement to address complex, ambiguous finance transformation challenges, using structured analysis, business cases and value-led recommendations
- Facilitating workshops with senior finance stakeholders to define future-state finance processes; co-developing and securing design decisions; aligning finance, tax, operations and technology perspectives
- Acting as a bridge between business and technology, working closely with SAP delivery teams while retaining ownership of the finance and business agenda
- Building trusted client relationships and ensuring finance requirements, outcomes and value expectations are met or exceeded
- Contributing to business development activities, including shaping finance transformation propositions, supporting bids and articulating CFO-relevant value cases
- Supporting the growth of the CFO&EV practice through development of assets, points of view and capability-building initiatives across SAP-enabled finance transformation
- Continuously learning new skills and enhancing your skill set to be able to contribute the growth of CFO&EV as well as wider Accenture organisation

We are looking for following skills and experience:
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA finance transformations in a consulting and/or industry environment
- Strong functional expertise in one or more finance domains, such as:
- Record to Report (General Ledger, close, reporting)
- Order to Cash
- Procure to Pay
- Product Costing / COPA
- Intercompany accounting
- Experience working across end-to-end finance processes, understanding how finance integrates with supply chain, sales and procurement from a business perspective
- Hands-on experience across multiple phases of S/4HANA programmes, including:
- Discovery and envisioning
- Fit-to-standard and design
- Business integration and testing
- Deployment and stabilisation
- Ability to lead or contribute to business process re-engineering, using S/4HANA capabilities to simplify, standardise and improve finance outcomes
- Strong understanding of period-end close, finance controls and reporting requirements in an S/4HANA environment
- Experience translating finance requirements into clear functional designs and working collaboratively with SAP delivery and integration teams
- Experience engaging with finance leaders and senior stakeholders, with the credibility to challenge and influence design decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop practical, value-led recommendations
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting approaches to different client contexts and operating models
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required

Set Yourself Apart:
- Experience working on S/4HANA finance transformations in complex environments (e.g. multi-country, multi-entity, or integrated ERP landscapes)
- Exposure to fit-to-standard delivery approaches and SAP Activate methods, with a pragmatic understanding of where differentiation drives value
- Experience designing finance processes that embed controls, compliance and data integrity by design
- Understanding of intercompany, transfer pricing, tax or treasury concepts and how these interact with core finance processes
- Experience across both public and private cloud S/4HANA programmes
- Professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent industry experience
- Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across finance, operations and technology teams
