About the Role

About Us

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors & People Systems Manager to join a large-scale consumer-facing organisation undergoing significant transformation across its People Technology landscape.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the HR systems roadmap, leading a specialist People Systems team, and ensuring the organisation maximises value from its investment in SAP SuccessFactors.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of People Technology, supporting workforce transformation, delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across multiple HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of HR Systems specialists.
  • Own the operational performance, governance and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Drive the People Systems strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage system upgrades, release cycles and enhancements.
  • Ensure robust governance, compliance, data quality and security controls.
  • Develop reporting, analytics and workforce insight capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology and Operations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and technology partners.
  • Oversee a significant annual technology budget and licensing estate.

Requirements

  • Significant SAP SuccessFactors expertise across multiple modules.
  • Proven experience leading HRIS, People Systems or HR Technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing large-scale system landscapes and vendor relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leadership teams.
  • Experience delivering system enhancements, implementations or transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
  • Retail, consumer, healthcare, logistics or other multi-site operational environments.
  • SuccessFactors certification.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Experience supporting complex workforce populations.
  • Exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
