Discover is representing an established SAP consulting partner that is continuing to grow its UK SuccessFactors practice following a number of recent project wins. As a result, they're looking to appoint an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their delivery team.

The role will see you working across a variety of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors transformation programmes for enterprise clients, with projects spanning industries including manufacturing, retail, life sciences and professional services. Rather than supporting a single customer, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple project engagements, giving you exposure to a broad range of HR transformation initiatives.

The team is currently delivering a mixture of new SuccessFactors implementations, global template rollouts and optimisation projects, with a strong pipeline of work already secured for the next 18 months.

The Role

As part of the SuccessFactors practice, you'll work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality SAP HCM cloud solutions from initial workshops through to go-live and post-implementation support.

You'll play an active role in client-facing workshops, advising customers on best practice processes while helping shape scalable and sustainable SuccessFactors solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
