SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
Contract: Outside IR35, initially till end of October
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking 2 x SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultants to support a global SuccessFactors rollout programme. The successful candidates will play a key role in the configuration, deployment, and optimisation of Employee Central across multiple regions.

- Support the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Gather and validate business requirements with HR stakeholders.
- Configure Employee Central in line with global processes and local requirements.
- Support testing, defect resolution, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Work closely with HR, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Required Experience

- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Strong hands-on EC configuration skills.
- Experience working on global or multi-country rollouts.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is desirable
