Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant
HRIT People is working with a highly collaborative, forward-thinking organisation that is continuing to invest in its SAP landscape and digital transformation journey. As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to play a key role in designing and delivering integration solutions across their HR ecosystem.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, values continuous learning, and wants to contribute to meaningful, large-scale transformation projects within a supportive and innovative environment.
100% Remote, paying up to £70,000
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems
- Leverage SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to deliver scalable integration solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external partners
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability
- Support ongoing optimisation and enhancement of existing integration frameworks
- Contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team

Key Requirements
- Minimum 3-4+ years of experience working with SAP BTP and SAP CPI
- Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems
- Broad experience in SAP SuccessFactors a bonus
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience with additional SAP modules or cloud integrations
- Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in integrations
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
