Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors RBP Consultant (L3 AMS) to provide advanced production support and act as the final escalation point for complex security and access issues. The role focuses on root cause analysis, access governance, continuous improvement, and system stability across SAP SuccessFactors modules in a global AMS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as L3 escalation point for complex SAP SuccessFactors RBP issues.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis for recurring access, data visibility, and workflow defects.
- Design, optimize, and govern permission roles, target populations, and MDF permissions.
- Lead resolution of cross-module security issues involving EC, Compensation, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, etc.
- Support global security models including legal entities, countries, and matrix reporting structures.
- Assess and mitigate security risks arising from organizational or data model changes.
- Drive access governance, periodic user access reviews, and audit remediation (SOX/GDPR).
- Support quarterly release impact analysis, regression testing, and defect fixes.
- Collaborate with integration teams to resolve RBP-related issues impacting CPI, APIs, and reports.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 support teams.
- Own and maintain RBP design documents, security matrices, SOPs, and KB articles.
- Support minor enhancements and change requests within AMS scope.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RBP, with strong AMS exposure.
- Expert knowledge of RBP framework, target populations, permission roles, and MDF security.
- Strong experience in Employee Central security, foundation objects, and effective dating.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered access issues.
- Experience working in global AMS models with SLA/KPI ownership.
- Strong understanding of release management and production support processes.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
- Ability to communicate effectively with HR, IT, auditors, and business.

Other Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (EC / Security).
- Knowledge of cross modules like Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation for RBP related changes.
- Exposure to IAS / IPS, SSO, and identity provisioning.
- Experience with GRC, audit, and compliance-driven security frameworks.
- Prior involvement in hyper care or post-go-live stabilization phases.

- Ability to lead under pressure in production environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master's in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Must have a valid certification with SuccessFactors EC module.
