Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Senior Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Overview:
The ideal candidate will ensure aligned delivery of HR technology transformation projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations with expertise in HR technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project delivery — scope, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to foster alignment across all teams.
- Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.).
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Support change management and user adoption through structured training and clear communications.

Necessary Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with deep knowledge of modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.
- Strong project management expertise — qualifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes and system governance.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and budgeting methodologies.
