Job Description: Project Delivery Senior Manager (SAP SuccessFactors)
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Senior Manager who will lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. You’ll be a strategic leader with expertise in HR technology transformation, deep Understanding of HR systems, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
This role offers:

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management:
- Define project scope, create detailed plans, and oversee execution.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage and report project progress to stakeholders.

Stakeholder and Team Leadership:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
- Facilitate alignment across global delivery teams.

SAP SuccessFactors Implementation:
- Lead Configuration, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors modules.
- Ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance with business needs.

Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve escalated issues and maintain project momentum.

Change Management:
- Support user adoption through training, communication, and change leadership.
- Ensure smooth transition across business processes.
Key Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years in project management with significant experience in HR technology transformation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Design.
- Preferred: Certified in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) or Agile methodologies.

Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of HR processes, system governance, and function design.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
- Experience in budgeting, risk management, and post-go-live support.

Leadership:
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Flexibility to work in diverse, matrixed environments.
