We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of SuccessFactors solutions across a range of transformation programmes. This is a senior role responsible for ensuring end-to-end solution integrity, aligning business requirements with scalable system design, and driving successful project delivery across multiple workstreams.
The successful candidate will act as the overall solution authority, providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle while working closely with clients, functional consultants, technical specialists, and delivery teams.

What will you be doing?
Solution Leadership
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors delivery across all project phases, from discovery and design through to deployment and support transition.
- Act as the overall solution authority, ensuring consistent and scalable solution design across SuccessFactors modules.
- Translate business requirements into practical, high-quality solutions aligned with client objectives and best practice.
- Ensure full traceability across requirements, design decisions, testing and deployment activities.
Delivery Management
- Oversee multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, priorities, risks and issues to maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive delivery governance and ensure project milestones are achieved to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Provide leadership during design reviews, testing cycles, deployment planning and hypercare activities.
- Ensure deployment readiness through appropriate testing, training and operational handover processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ensure alignment across key project areas including:
- Integrations
- Data migration
- Security and authorisations
- Reporting and analytics
- Testing and quality assurance
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve challenges and support successful business adoption.
Team Leadership
- Lead distributed onshore and nearshore delivery teams, creating a collaborative, accountable and high-performing environment.
- Set clear expectations and ownership across project teams.
- Coach consultants and delivery team members, providing guidance on complex functional and technical challenges.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactive communication and early risk identification.
Is there a match?
- Extensive experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors solutions in a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant or Programme Lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of the SuccessFactors suite and its integration with SAP and third-party systems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Experience managing multi-stream delivery programmes and distributed delivery teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, governance and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight.
