Our client, a globally recognised business, has kicked off an S4 Hana programme and needs support delivering the SuccessFactors module.
You will:
- Own the technology delivery roadmap
- Lead system configuration, build and solution integrity
- Govern data migration strategy and cutover readiness
- Ensure integrations are delivered
- Advise on and direct technical testing and deployment readiness
- Manage the SI and technical resources
- Ensure security, roles and design all align to the operating model
- Drive continuous improvement and maximise value from SAP SuccessFactors module post-implementation

The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Significant experience SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ideally in large or complex multi-country organisations
- Strong integration and data governance experience
- Strong experience managing SIs and vendors
- Deep functional and/or technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, and integration points with S4 Hana
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset

The role is based in the UK and is mainly remote but travel to the office in the South of England will be useful from time to time.
The role will be hired on an inside IR35 with day rate budget TBC based on experience.
