SAP Supply Chain Transformation Lead
About the Role
We are seeking a leadership-driven SAP Supply Chain Transformation Lead to design and deliver a global SAP-enabled supply chain planning transformation programme. This role requires enterprise-level strategy, solution architecture, and programme management expertise to reshape the supply chain operating model, define SAP planning design, and drive measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Technology teams, ensuring alignment between digital capabilities, business strategy, and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities (Inclusive but not limited to)
- Strategic Leadership:
- Lead global supply chain transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- Own end-to-end programme delivery—scope, time, cost, quality, and value realisation.
- Define and architect SAP supply chain planning solutions and operating models.

- Establish governance frameworks and execute stakeholder alignment at the executive level.
- Standardise and scale supply planning and inventory management processes globally.

- Integrate predictive and AI-driven forecasting to optimise decision-making.

- Develop user adoption and training strategies to ensure seamless implementation.
- Managerial programme performance tracking against KPIs, milestones, budget, and outcomes.

- Ensure consistency in planning processes globally.
- Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, performance, and cost reduction.

- Full Programme Ownership:
- Manage end-to-end global supply chain transformation.
- Oversee budget, governance, and business case tracking.
- Ensure SAP planning design, standards, and configuration integrity.
- Standardisation & Scalability:
- Meet global operational consistency.
- Performance Delivery:
- Drive tangible operational and financial benefits.
Financial Responsibility
- Budget Ownership: Accountable for global programme costs and financial governance.
- Value Delivery: Ensure the business caseRoadmap is achieved.
- Optimisation: Drive cost savings through enhanced planning and operational efficiencies.
Organisational Responsibility
- Reporting Line: Reports to Customer Operations Supply Chain Director.
- Team Collaboration:
- Partner with Supply Chain, NIS, Finance, Commercial teams, and external partners.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Lead cross-functional/gglobal stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

Strategic Leadership:
- Extensive global SAP transformation experience.
- Proven product ownership in SAP FI/CO/SCM (e.g., IBP, S/4HANA).
- Mastery of planning parameters (Safe-Level, Piece-Part Planning) and optimisation techniques.

Programme Delivery & Operations:
- Track record of operational excellence improvements.
- Experience in complex, cross-functional environments (e.g., ETO environments).

Soft Skills:
- Leading change with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical problem-solving ability to drive data-driven decisions.
- Fast-paced execution and complex programme delivery expertise.
