Then Join The Config Team as a Software Delivery Manager and be a part of one of the leading consultancies in SAP!

The Company

At The Config Team, we’re not a typical corporate consultancy, and we’re not a generic SAP/IT Consultancy. We are experts in SAP supply chain, and we do it exceptionally well. With 30+ years of experience and our own suite of products (like PreBilt™ for EWM), we help global brands create smarter, faster, more resilient supply chains.

Each project we deliver is different from the next. We can offer an environment that brings a variety of projects at the forefront of modern supply chain solutions.

What You’ll Do

The SAP Team and Delivery Manager is accountable for successful customer delivery outcomes relating to the delivery of our software products, including PreBilt, iDoc Management Console, CodingControl, and other current and future innovations. The role owns delivery commitments, priorities, governance, and risk across one or more customer engagements or portfolios.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
