SAP Test lead
Job Summary
The SAP Test Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing end-to-end testing activities across SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. This role ensures that SAP solutions meet business and quality requirements by defining test strategies, managing test teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving defect resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SAP test strategy and test plans.
- Manage SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
- Coordinate with business users, functional, and technical teams.
- Track defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor test progress and provide status reports.
- Ensure test documentation and quality standards are maintained.
- Support test automation initiatives where applicable.

- Strong experience in SAP testing across modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, S/4HANA).
- Experience with test management tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ALM, Jira, or HP ALM.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and defect management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing end-to-end SAP testing in implementation or transformation projects.
