What You Will Do

  • Complete a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by assessing current processes and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow and Articulate Rise.
  • Develop blended learning materials, including classroom courses, online modules, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides.
  • Evaluate learner knowledge levels, support training impact assessments, and refine delivery based on outcomes.
  • Create and execute stakeholder training and engagement plans, aligning Business Process, Testing, Training, and Comms teams.
  • Host on-site and off-site training events across sites, run drop-in sessions, and provide floor-walking support during deployment.

What You Will Bring

  • Extensive experience delivering training that helps end users adopt new systems, including experience in a training creation and delivery role.
  • Strong experience creating simulation-based training and practical learning journeys.
  • Confidence designing content and delivering structured learning for different audience levels.
  • Experience building engaging materials using tools such as SAP EnableNow and Articulate Rise.
  • A clear understanding of SAP Manufacturing modules (desirable), along with the ability to translate capability into real-world workflows.

Location:

This SAP Trainer role is based in the West Midlands and Liverpool area, with a requirement for on-site presence five days per week during the deployment window.
