UK but with some Travel to Ireland (Hybrid – some on-site presence preferred)

Role:
We're supporting a client delivering a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and are looking for an experienced SAP UAT Manager to take ownership of the User Acceptance Testing workstream. This is a pivotal role within a high-profile programme where you'll build the UAT capability from the ground up, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and SAP implementation partners to ensure a successful go-live. Responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall UAT strategy across the SAP S/4HANA programme.
- Build the UAT framework, governance, processes and testing approach from scratch.
- Produce comprehensive test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria.
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing phase with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with SAP implementation partners and internal delivery teams to ensure testing aligns with programme objectives.
- Manage defect tracking, issue resolution and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Ensure business readiness and support a smooth transition into go-live.
- Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the UAT phase.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing User Acceptance Testing on SAP transformation programmes.
- Strong SAP functional or domain knowledge, with SAP S/4HANA experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience creating UAT strategies, test plans and test cases from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of UAT governance, defect management and business readiness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead business users through structured testing activities.
- Comfortable working on-site in Ireland when required.
