Hours: Saturday from 9:30am to 4:30pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Administrator will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
- Meeting & greeting clients.
- Registering applicants who are looking to buy or rent a property.
- Answering the telephone & dealing with incoming enquiries, in a polite & professional manner.
- Dealing with the booking of viewings & valuations.
- Using in-house software to upload property details & client information.
- Carrying out AD HOC tasks as & when required.

This is an AD HOC position, previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.
