We are currently looking for a Saturday Assistant to join our team at Branch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of the action - helping customers, handling products, and keeping everything running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent face-to-face and telephone customer service.
- Assist customers with sales, enquiries, and product advice.
- Process transactions accurately for both account and cash sales.
- Keep shelves replenished and stock well presented.
- Pick and prepare orders for collection or delivery.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.
- Support merchandising and store layout when required.

What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and commitment to great customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in retail, builders’ merchants, or a trade counter environment is an advantage—but not essential.

What we offer:

Hours of work: An average of 4 hours per week, Saturdays from 8.00am until 12.00pm.
