About the Role
As a Saturday Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations, ensuring exceptional service for clients and maintaining company standards. This position requires:
- Smart, confident, and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent communication skills with clients
- Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment
Location & Terms
- Location: Ruislip
- Salary: £4,600 per year (pro-rated for role)
- Hours: Saturdays, 10am to 3pm
- Requirements: Full UK driving license and own vehicle (essential)

Duties & Tasks
- Register and promote new property listings and applicants.
- Qualify leads via phone, in-person inquiry checks, and prospect assessments.
- Conduct property viewings, including booking and logistics.
- Report on property condition (noting repairs or maintenance needs).
- Provide updates to sales managers on applicant enquiries and database status.
Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Customer service experience (either in retail, sales, or hospitality).
- Organisational ability, prioritising tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry (e.g., applicant profiles).
- Self-motivation, with the discretion to work independently.
