Location: Ruislip Brand: Gibbs Gillespie Salary: £4,600 Hours: Saturdays 10am to 3pm Requirement: Must have a full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle

The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Sales Consultant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Duties include:

  • Register new applicants and promote new properties
  • Qualify applicants prior to viewings
  • Book and carry out property viewings
  • Report on any need for repairs at properties
  • Provide feedback to the relevant managers on applicants’ needs and ensure systems are up to date

Skills Required

  • Experience with customer service
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
