Saturday Viewing Assistant – Guildford (Part-Time)

Part-Time: Saturdays, 9am–4pm | Valid UK driving license required

About the Role

We are seeking a charming, outgoing and confident individual with exceptional communication skills to join our Guildford Sales team as a Saturday Viewing Assistant at Savills.

This part-time role (weekends only, 9am–4pm) provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property sales, working with clients in Richmond and surrounding areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and support prospective buyers during property viewings while maintaining a warm, professional and Savills-aligned demeanour.
  • Guarantee a polite, respectful and engaging experience for clients and purchasers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the property market, including trends, local demand and valuation benchmarks.
  • Utilise commercial acumen to anticipate client needs and adapt to evolving industry practices.
  • Continuously reflect on performance and refine skills to meet Savills’ high standards.
  • Hold deep knowledge or experience of the Richmond area and its property dynamics.
