Saturday Viewing Assistant – Guildford – Property Sales (Part Time)
Role Overview
We’re looking for an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Guildford Sales team as a Saturday Viewing Assistant.
This role involves part-time hours (Saturdays, 9am–4pm), and requires a valid UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients at properties during viewings.
- Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite, and respectful manner, befitting a Savills Representative.
- Have a strong understanding of the property market.
- Offer fantastic business acumen, with the ability to stay updated on latest property industry and local market trends.
- Continuously assess performance and adapt accordingly.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Richmond and the surrounding area.
